Common errors

| ”No data found” on every chart after switching apps | Stale cache from the previous app | Reload the page or append ?refresh to the app URL |
| Slack bot doesn’t post | Workspace not linked, or the channel isn’t a member of the bot | Re-run Manage → Integrations → Slack → Reauthorize |
| Schema browser shows no Snowflake columns | A numeric/date column failed the type-cast probe | Refresh the connection; if it persists, contact support |
