Magic link is Oxygen Cloud’s default sign-in method. Users enter their email, click the one-time link Oxygen sends them, and land in their workspace — no passwords, no extra setup.

How it works for users

  1. The user enters their email on the sign-in screen.
  2. Oxygen emails them a one-time sign-in link (valid for 15 minutes).
  3. They click the link and land in the workspace they were invited to.

What admins control

From Manage → Authentication → Magic link you can:
  • Restrict sign-ins to specific email domains (e.g. @acme.com).
  • Disable magic link entirely if you only want SSO sign-ins.

Inviting teammates

Magic link works hand-in-hand with the invitation flow: Manage → Members → Invite. Each invited email receives a magic link that pre-populates the right role and workspace.
