A workspace is the top-level container for your team’s work in Oxygen Cloud. Each workspace has its own data connections, secrets, member roster, and projects. Most organizations run one workspace per business unit (or one per team).

Create a workspace

From the workspace switcher in the top-left, choose Create workspace and give it a name. The new workspace lands you in an onboarding wizard for connecting data and inviting teammates.

Import from GitHub

Workspaces can be backed by a GitHub repository — Oxygen reads your project files from the repo and pushes edits back as branches and pull requests. To import:
  1. Manage → Workspace → GitHub → click Connect GitHub.
  2. Pick the repository and (optionally) a default branch.
  3. Set protected branches and a base branch — see Branch-aware editing.

Switching workspaces

Members can belong to multiple workspaces. The workspace switcher in the sidebar shows every workspace you have access to plus its member and project counts. Click any name to switch.
