# Billing & plans

> How Oxygen Cloud subscriptions work

Oxygen Cloud bills per seat through Stripe. Admins can:

* View invoices and payment methods in the billing portal
* Add or remove seats
* Upgrade or downgrade plans

From **Manage → Billing**, click **Open billing portal** to launch the
self-serve Stripe portal.

[Enterprise customers](/docs/guide/manage/enterprise) are billed by annual
contract; the portal still surfaces invoices.
